What to expect in the coaching sessions:
Session one
Covers health history and an in depth analysis of your diet and lifestyle. We use coaching tools to help define achievable health goals and I support you with recommendations and advice to meet these goals. At the end of the session you will have an action plan for the next 2 weeks and the motivation to get started.
follow up sessions
Cover a review of progress, additional advice on specific health concerns, meal and ingredient ideas to support your nutrition goals and tools and techniques to help you change habits. We celebrate your achievements and build on your action plan to continue to make sustainable changes and see positive results week after week.
