I’m a certified Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). In addition to holding a Menopause Wellbeing practitioner’s diploma which led me to specialise in women’s health, perimenopause and menopause.

I’m passionate about supporting women through what can be an extremely challenging transition and seeing the transformation that a few simple habit changes can make.

I empower women to create their own healthy habits with achievable goals and step by step nutrition and lifestyle changes. Every woman is unique, with different goals and different challenges, different likes and dislikes. I therefore work with you to define a personal and tailored health plan.

Previous to becoming a Health Coach, I lead International marketing teams within global organisations. The job involved long hours and frequent travel to different countries which was fun at the time but the stress and pressure takes its toll. Chocolate bars, convenience food and diet coke were a daily staple while I was ‘on the go’.

I started suffering with gut health issues and food intolerances in my early 40’s and then in my mid 40’s, bam, I realised I’d entered perimenopause and all sorts of strange things started to happen. I was waking up at 3am every night with insomnia, my eczema returned that I hadn’t had since I was a baby, I had itchy skin on my arms, my stomach problems were intolerable and I frequently got “THE RAGE”. This was the kick start I needed to change my lifestyle and regain my health. I saw a Health Coach and Nutritionist who resolved my gut issues through a natural approach. This inspired me to re-trained as a Health Coach and Menopause wellbeing practitioner with a specific focus on a holistic, sustainable approach to nutrition and healthy living.

I’ve never felt better!

 

I’ve always been a foodie and being from a Lebanese family, being brought up on a Mediterranean diet gave me a healthy and delicious start in life. I love going to food festivals, trying the latest restaurants and I’m a passionate cook always trying out tasty new recipes.

I love being active, from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, to running in the woods and paddle boarding on the Thames. I started yoga a few years ago and after years of saying “it’s not for me” I now love it! Movement and exercise are so important to health and feeling energised especially during perimenopause and menopause. Finding something fun, that you enjoy is the key.

I’m originally from Yorkshire but now live in Woking, Surrey with my husband and step son. I have a passion for travel and have visited every continent except Antarctica (which is still on the bucket list).

I lived in Hong Kong for a few years which gave me a wonderful insight into the Asian culture and of course delicious, healthy food.
